PV Crystalox Solar Silicon GmbH, a PV Crystalox Solar company today opened its new
solar-grade silicon production facility in Bitterfeld, Germany.

On 17th March Crystalox Japan K.K. (CJKK) changed the company name to PV Crystalox
Solar K.K. At the same time they moved offices to the prestigious Atago Green Hills
MORI Tower.

PV Crystalox Solar is pleased to announce that agreement has been reached with one
of its current longstanding polysilicon suppliers to maintain annual delivery volumes
and extend contracted supply through to 2014.

Construction of PV Crystalox Solar’s Bitterfeld production facility for solar-grade
silicon is on track for first production in 2009.
